DESCRIPTION:
Mid- to Senior level Requirements/Systems Analyst needed for Department of Homeland Security
Agency. Candidate must have good communication skills and interact well with high-level managers,
users, and developers. Candidate must be organized, able to manage multiple activies or projects.
Candidate will be required to gather and document requirements according to client's SDLC methodology,
including developing use cases. Candidate may be required to perform data analysis, logical data
modeling, and user interface design and developement.
SKILLS:
- UML
- Requirements management tool (Requisite Pro or Doors)
- Data analysis (TOAD) - plus to have
- SQL - plus to have
- Data modeling (Erwin) - plus to have
- UI development (HTML, javascript) - plus to have
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be US Citizen
and must be able to pass a background investigation.
